Although I arrived early, the stylist was 15 minutes late starting. Instead of taking 3 hours, I was in the chair for 3.5 hours. Even though this was 30 minutes longer than it should have taken, he still ran out of time for my haircut and a nice blow-dry (which were included in the package price!). To their credit, I was not charged the extra £10 for toner, but I would have preferred to pay for the toner and been offered another opportunity to come back for the haircut and blow-dry!! Everyone else left the salon with absolutely beautiful, big blow-outs – and I left with a glorified rough dry and split ends. It’s a shame as I would have visited the salon again, but feel cheated having to pay yet again for a haircut which I should have received the first time around! I’m also not certain I had a treatment applied to my hair (which was also meant to be included in the package). If I did (and it wasn’t just conditioner), it was rinsed out immediately, so it wouldn’t have been effective anyway! The good points: - Greeted promptly and professionally - Offered hot drinks - Stylist did an amazing job on the highlights – very even, well-blended and natural looking - No small talk – which was great for me; maybe not so great if you’re someone that likes a bit of chat/gossip

Did my booking the day before, the place is cute yet clean and cute. The staff were very professoinal with great styling advice, the promo price was also of great value. will recommend!

I'm pleased with my haircut, looks good. Not impressed by the "lyxury hairtreatment". My hair stylist was lovely and did a great job, but it was a bit of an awkward atmosphere as the other stylist kept arguing with the receptionist. Was happy that he wasn't the one holding the sissors cutting my hair...
