Very good value for money
As always 100% happy with the colour and cut - I have a different hairdresser every time I visit and everyone is fantastic!
Gusto was such good value for money and provided a great service. It was SO quick, I have long thick hair and had a full head of highlights, conditioning treatment, quick trim and blow dry in under 2 hours!! The end result is really good but I'm not sure why it was so quick as it usually takes about 3 and a half hours for a full head for me so am concerned I'll need it done again sooner than I usually would. Would definitely recommend going to Gusto as it's very good value for money!
Great location
I went for a blow dry for my Christmas party that night. When I arrived I was told that I'd have to pay an extra £4 because my hair was mid-length and not short. Despite my hair being above shoulder length! The stylist asked me if this was ok with that and when I asked what my options where, she told me that there was lots of other salons in the area. So I had to pay the extra money, even though I did not agree with it. I have short hair! The stylist tried to be nice from then on, because she knew I was unhappy, but she didn't really succeed. I found her to be very abrupt. She also through all, of my wet hair over my face, which isn't very professional and meant that I had to reapply all of my make up before the party. I also asked for a curly style. But by the time I got back to work. It looked like a birds nest! There was way too much product used and by the time the party arrived, my hair was very straight! I don't think I will be going back here again. Like the stylist said, there are many other salons in Soho. So I don't need to put myself through that experience again
