I've visited Gusto a few times before, and have always been very happy. When I booked online, I had asked for Bita to cut my hair. When I got there, I found out that Bita wasn't going to be cutting my hair, even though she was free and wasn't with a client. Anyway, I didn't argue and the other woman cut my hair - I showed her a picture because I am very very very fussy when it comes to my hair. Of course, whoever this woman was, ignored the picture and just started cutting. I came out with hair looking nothing like the picture. I'm not saying it was a bad haircut, just not the one I wanted.

Despite having to wait a while to be seen (around half an hour) once I was finally seen to the people, treatment and hair cut was fantastic. this is not my first time to gusto nor will it be my last as I really rate the hairdressers in there, just as it is a small operation there can be delays - book with time to spare if you are going somewhere afterwards!
