Excellent and friendly service by Kim. The intensive conditioning treatment (including head massage) was lovely. Only con was the prices at Gusto seem to be lower or the same as the prices advertised on treatwell (even after the 10 pound discount is applied), so I felt disappointed by that, probably cheaper/easier to book directly with Gusto.

Ionas has magical hands. Best hairdresser I had for ages. My hair was exactly how I wanted it to be. Also my hair is very curly so very challenging for some hairdressers but he always end up doing it just perfect!

I've visited Gusto a few times before, and have always been very happy. When I booked online, I had asked for Bita to cut my hair. When I got there, I found out that Bita wasn't going to be cutting my hair, even though she was free and wasn't with a client. Anyway, I didn't argue and the other woman cut my hair - I showed her a picture because I am very very very fussy when it comes to my hair. Of course, whoever this woman was, ignored the picture and just started cutting. I came out with hair looking nothing like the picture. I'm not saying it was a bad haircut, just not the one I wanted.
