The haircut looks great but no doubt the head massage was not the least pleasurable - aggressive and rushed, hairdrier too hot literally burning ones scalp - so as good as their technician was it was missing out on customer service a bit - ask if it's too hot, ask if the customer is comfortable when you're digging in with a lot of strength into that shampoo, and then it could have been a perfect experience.

My expirence at gusto hairdressing was not the greatest. I asked the stylist if she had expirence in managing Afro hair to which she gave a confident responce, however she really struggled with blow drying my hair. After washing it my hair still felt dirty and the whole thing just seemed rushed. I would have rather she told me she could not deal with my hair type rather than going through with it, my hair did not look like I had just left the salon, it was very frizzy.
