AVOID! Main problems: Understaffed/poor time management - lady doing my hair was manning the front desk and phone whilst doing my colour Skill - Colour was SOOOOOOO far off what I wanted, no toner added post bleaching to the parts I wanted blonde (NOT YELLOW) Result - patchy hair colour, completely dry, looked like I was wearing a bad weave a 5 year old had been playing with for 2 months, and on top of that my hair was falling in clumps. Customer service - No one apologised for my hair disaster, were completely rude and insensitive...the lady doing my hair did not even bother to come and see what the issue was... I asked for a full head, and extra highlights which they said would total £70... I DID not have a full head, only BAD highlights, but they still expected me to pay £70...and only wanted to take off £20 for the mistake...WHEN I DIDNT EVEN GET A FULL HEAD ANYWAYS!! ARGHHH.,... terrible experience I had to pay ANOTHER stylist from a MUCH BETTER salon to fix this mess... will never ever recommend or go back again.

Really pleased with the wash and blow-dry. Wasn't made to wait, despite the salon being popular and generally full, and a good advice on styling at home.

This was my second visit here, I like the ambience of this small salon and they are great value for money. I was greeted very nicely upon arrival however I was then kept waiting for 15 mins and eventually went to the receptionist to ask how much longer it would be and the stylist then appeared a few minutes later. There was no apology at all for the delay. I was given a conditioning treatment which I didn't think would be included so that was really nice. The blow dry given by Carmel was really good quality and I was pleased with the outcome. Will return :)
