Considering the price it really wasn't a bad experience however my appointment did start late and the luxury conditing treatment was quite underwhelming. I wasn't in love with my haircut but I can atleast acknowledge that the stylist did his best to try and get what I wanted. If you're looking for a no frills kind of experience for a good price, then this place is for you.

Despite having an appointment late on Friday the saloon was running to schedule. I was greeted nicely and offered my choice of drink. All the staff were friendly and engaging.
My highlights and haircut were exactly what I requested and looked great, and given the deal price I paid great value. The only reason I didn't give five stars for everything is the salon is quite cramped with not much space so not as relaxing as it could be. However for the price and quality of the cut and colour I would definitely return!

The team at Gusto are absolute stars! I got held up at work last minute and had to delay my ETA any they were completely understanding and worked around me, even staying late to be sure to fit me in! They took their time and the outcome is amazing. I was showered with compliments the next day. Plus the treatment has left my hair looking a lot healthier, thicker and stronger. Honestly loved this place and am delighted to recommend it to all of you!

Could be more attentive with hair washing - water was very hot, however I would still highly recommend. Great hair and very friendly staff!
