Very small salon, so little room to enjoy the experience. The hot water scalded my head and had to ask the gentleman to stop, twice.
Hairdresser didn't fully listen or understand my requests with clippers and scissor cut, haircut not a disaster but not exactly what I wanted.

What can I say? Gusto is now my regular salon, a hidden gem in the bustle of trendy Soho! I always book with Treatwell as the value is incredible, and despite ending up with a different stylist each time, I have never had anything less than 5* treatment. This time was no different. Bita (I think it was Bita!) was so friendly and listened to what I had to say. Not only was the cut exactly what I wanted but blow-dried so nicely and all in less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for more. Gusto are always so friendly and helpful and have never given me a haircut I didn't love. The only thing I have dropped the 5 stars on is the ambience - I actually really like it, it is buzzy and trendy - but quite small and busy so not necessarily a peaceful getaway if that's what you're looking for.

I had my hair washed, cut and blow dried this morning by Yiannis and I can't recommend him highly enough!!! His attention to detail was amazing and he made sure i was very happy with how he was cutting my hair and the final result. The place itself was tiny but i liked that as it made it feel more cozy and relaxed. The ambiance was lovely and the staff were super nice :) will definitely be recommending this place to friends!
