Had a full head of highlights and cut with Ionas. Amazing as usual, always understands what I'm after and does a great job. The midweek offers are fantastic value!

I wanted a no frills wash & haircut which is what I got. The conditioning treatment would have been great if it had been left on longer than a couple of moments. The staff were friendly & enthusiastic, It would have been nice to have been offered a drink but considering It was a Friday night perhaps too busy, the stylist was skilled and put me at ease with regards to understanding what I wanted so I would return.

Very small salon, so little room to enjoy the experience. The hot water scalded my head and had to ask the gentleman to stop, twice. Hairdresser didn't fully listen or understand my requests with clippers and scissor cut, haircut not a disaster but not exactly what I wanted.

What can I say? Gusto is now my regular salon, a hidden gem in the bustle of trendy Soho! I always book with Treatwell as the value is incredible, and despite ending up with a different stylist each time, I have never had anything less than 5* treatment. This time was no different. Bita (I think it was Bita!) was so friendly and listened to what I had to say. Not only was the cut exactly what I wanted but blow-dried so nicely and all in less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for more. Gusto are always so friendly and helpful and have never given me a haircut I didn't love. The only thing I have dropped the 5 stars on is the ambience - I actually really like it, it is buzzy and trendy - but quite small and busy so not necessarily a peaceful getaway if that's what you're looking for.
