Any time I go to Gusto, any any of them does the job, it is always perfect. Unfortunately, as I have changed job I m not able to use their midweek discount anymore, but they worth the full price for sure ;)

Generally as expected and would have been very satisfied however while my blow dry was excellent, my hair wasn't washed properly so it felt greasy and did not last. There was a serious lack of care and attention paid here which was a shame as this was what really let me down.

If they are not going to treat customers who've booked from Treatwell the same as other customers they shouldn't accept booking from it at all!
Everything was nice at the beginning when I arrived but as soon as they realized I have booked by treatwell and with discount everything changed.
I'd booked wash, cut, luxury conditioning and blow dry. The wash was good, but the conditioning was less than 5 minutes and was totally rushed through. The cut and blowdry was also very quick and rushed.
I used to go there regularly, but I have to say that it was my last time unfortunately.

Was seen right on time, pleased with the colour that was recommended- still blonde enough but with a low peroxide content. The haircut and the blow dry likewise were both brilliant. Highly recommend.
