If they are not going to treat customers who've booked from Treatwell the same as other customers they shouldn't accept booking from it at all!
Everything was nice at the beginning when I arrived but as soon as they realized I have booked by treatwell and with discount everything changed.
I'd booked wash, cut, luxury conditioning and blow dry. The wash was good, but the conditioning was less than 5 minutes and was totally rushed through. The cut and blowdry was also very quick and rushed.
I used to go there regularly, but I have to say that it was my last time unfortunately.

Was seen right on time, pleased with the colour that was recommended- still blonde enough but with a low peroxide content. The haircut and the blow dry likewise were both brilliant. Highly recommend.

Had a full head of highlights and cut with Ionas. Amazing as usual, always understands what I'm after and does a great job. The midweek offers are fantastic value!

I wanted a no frills wash & haircut which is what I got. The conditioning treatment would have been great if it had been left on longer than a couple of moments.
The staff were friendly & enthusiastic, It would have been nice to have been offered a drink but considering It was a Friday night perhaps too busy, the stylist was skilled and put me at ease with regards to understanding what I wanted so I would return.
