Overall I was quite pleased with the haircut, but found the service very very slow. My appointment was about 10 minutes late (to be fair, the hairdresser did apologise for this) but then the cut and blowdry itself took over an hour and a half! Obviously it's important to be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to hair, but 90 mins for a basic haircut is a bit excessive and I was getting pretty restless by the end (not to mention very late to meet my boyfriend afterwards!).
Aside from that the salon was nice enough, and good value for money considering the low price.

The salon itself is very small, the staff aren't over friendly. My hair dresser didn't even try to make conversation with me, which makes the 2 hours a bit awkward.
Colouring was great, but the hair cut was a bit average. Need to get it touched up, as it just doesnt look right. Good value, you pay for what you get.

The salon and staff were absolutely great! My hair is quite a bit shorter than I asked for but overall I like it and would go back.
