I have been to this salon twice before with various hairdressers and Ive been pleased with the result. However, on this occasion (new hairdresser) I walked out very disappointed with my haircut. I'm not sure where the communication went wrong as I had explained what I wanted and shown clear pictures. I wanted a long straight cut Bob and came out with a short bob with lots of layers.
I am certainly not going back there and I wouldn't recommend him (can't remember the guys name)

I am sorry to say this because the hairdresser himself was a very kind and chatty guy, but I am very disappointed with the overall experience. When I arrived at the venue they were late, so my treatment begun 15 if not 20 minutes late on the schedule. They charged me extra claiming that my hair was allegedly longer than I declared when booking - which is not true at all. The treatment itself does not seem to have succesfully worked on my hair. Very disappointed, and surprised by my experience given the excellent reviews I read. Would not go back.

Amazing experience. My hairdresser was fabulous & very professional, I felt like I could trust him as soon as I walked in. My cut was amazing and exactly what I wanted, and my
blow dry was out of this world. They really know what they're doing in there!
