I found the receptionist very unfriendly! Also I had made a mistake on the booking system and it booked the wrong time. I called to cancel the earlier time and keep the later one but I don't think the message was passed on when I called... The hairdresser was very friendly and very good. Unfortunately, I don't think he heard me when I said I am growing my hair and just wanted to tidy up the back and sides - he gave me the shortest haircut ever! Luckily hair does grow back!

Carmel was a great hairstylist. I was a little apprehensive because I thought I would lose so much length. On the contrary, Carmel was very reassuring that I would still keep most of my length and trimmed what needed to be rid of. Highly recommend Gusto!
