I was there for the first time and positive surprised. Everyone seemed so nice and friendly. They even offer you free popcorn :)
They will talk you through your dailyroutin to improve your hair. Very helpful tips. Also he showed me a new technique to thinnen my hair.

Great central location with super friendly staff. My hairdresser took the time to understand what i was looking for and i am really happy with the results. The salon is small, a little cramped and a bit dated but that is to my mind not a problem when the service is good. the service here is excellent, from free tea/coffee/wine to the excellent results. I will return.

I arrived on time for my appointment, and the staff told me they were running behind schedule and asked if I could come back in a half hour. I left and came back 30 minutes later and was told it would be another 5 minutes. I was finally seen 20 minutes later. My entire appointment took 20 minutes, and the stylist didn't fully dry my hair. When I got home, I realised my hair was very uneven. I wanted to wait until I washed and styled it myself to fully assess the haircut, but I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the result and think I need to go elsewhere to have it fixed.
