The lady at the reception was on the phone and didn't really pay attention to me, I was just told to sit and wait, without anyone asking my name or appointment time. But I didn't have to wait too long in the end and I was taken care of. The place or atmosphere weren't particularly welcoming but I was pleased with my haircut.

The staff was nice and dedicated time to my cut/blow dry. I appreciated that. However the saloon was full They attend me quickly and on time. Very well organised. The cut was ok and also blow dry and cheap with the offer.

I had a wash, treatment, cut and blowdry with Carlos. The whole experience in general was fairly good - Carlos could have been a bit more chattier which is what you would normally expect..
Overall fairly good service. not sure if i would go back because of the price.

Tiny salon which is tricky to find. Doesn't look the most professional when you get there as it is jammed into a crack of soho. However, don't judge a book by its cover! I'm so pleased with my cut, treatment and blow dry. Would definitely go again.
