Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, extremely satisfied with haircut. There was a bit of confusion at the till though, and I ended up paying the normal rate rather than the discounted price I was given on Treatwell (£7 difference).

Very disappointed with the haircut. My hairdresser didn't do anything I asked and I basically ended up with a mullet. The location is pretty terrible with people running in and out of the busy doorway and the receptionists were generally quite unfriendly. I suppose the only thing that was positive was the blow dry that made my hair look good enough to not complain about it.

This place is fantastic - not the fanciest looking place in London but who cares when you coming out of the place feeling and looking as fabulous as Samantha Jones? Miro was amazing. I had a consultation the day before. He knew exactly what I wanted and style and coloured my hair with professionalism and pride. Great chat too. This is the only place i'll go from now on :) THANK YOU GUYS!!!
