I have previously recommended friends to attend the salon based on having a great cut and blow dry but every stylist I've had previously has left the salon now and every time I go back more of the stylists which were there on my previous visits have left. I have now for the third time not received stylist I requested at time of booking, when I arrived and had to take an alternative stylist which on all three occasions was not explained or reasoned. On my most recent visit I was not impressed with the blow dry and due to the frequency of incompetence will not be returning to this salon.

The person I originally booked to do my hair was too busy and I only found out when I arrived that I'd have to have someone else and she didn't fill me with confidence at first when I said how I wanted my hair doing but ended up with a really nice blow dry :)
