The haircut was ok, but not as I was expecting it. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I think it would be easier for them to work if they had a bigger venue. Other than that, for long hair treatments (including haircuts) I believe the prices are a bit high.

I have previously recommended friends to attend the salon based on having a great cut and blow dry but every stylist I've had previously has left the salon now and every time I go back more of the stylists which were there on my previous visits have left. I have now for the third time not received stylist I requested at time of booking, when I arrived and had to take an alternative stylist which on all three occasions was not explained or reasoned. On my most recent visit I was not impressed with the blow dry and due to the frequency of incompetence will not be returning to this salon.
