I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and got a perfect haircut, better than I imagined. I will be making Emile my regular hairdresser.

My hairdresser was very friendly and warm - talked but not too much which I personally like to I can sit and relax with a magazine.
She listened properly to what I was looking for whilst advising me on styles which was helpful.
It seemed to take longer than I imagined - the appointment was delayed by 20 mins so I was almost there for 2 hours when it was meant to take 1 hour.

The overall experience at Gusto was great but the only thing holding it back from being truly amazing was the loud music playing all the time. I don't mind a bit of background music during my appointment but this was way too loud and added to the hairdryers blasting away, created a chaotic atmosphere. It was a bit hard to relax.
