The venue Is verry nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. The advises were verry nice but the hair cut was not what I've asked and the color wasn't enough to.

On the day of my appointment I was contacted in advance and advised that they were running late. They asked if I could push my appt back 45 mins from 6.30 to 7.15 - No problem, they told me in advance so I wasn't hanging around and I was fine with that. I arrived on time and was left waiting for a further 45 minutes, a delay I would probably have taken on the chin had anyone offered me so much as a glass of water during that time - they didn't. The conditioning treatment was non-existent unless you count putting conditioner on my hair then immediately rinsing it off, and sadly for the stylist (who seemed like a very nice lady), by the time it came to the cut I was already pretty miffed and unlikely to be won over with anything less than spectacular. My blow-dry consisted of her brushing through my hair with the dryer going full pelt until my hair was dry. There was no 'styling' involved and I'm not exaggerating when I say I do a better job myself - definitely not the aim of the game. I'm not a high maintenance person and hate whingers, but the truth is getting my hair cut is a real treat for me, a bit of luxury, and the whole experience was enormously disappointing.

Blowdry was one of the best i've ever had. Stylist seemed to use barely any products and it stayed for 5 days with some dry shampooing. Will be going back.

I loved that they were very understanding of my lateness as I called in to make them aware. However they must have double booked two clients because instead of having my appointment at 1, it really started at 2 and didn't finish until 3. I was in the salon for too long just for a wash, cut and blow dry.
