The hairdresser was late starting and then the consultation was a bit tricky as it took sometime for us to understand each other. The haircut itself was excellent. the highlights were technically good but because of the problems with the consultation weren't exactly what I was looking for.
In addition, the chair I sat in was broken and the downstairs area where the toilets are is in need of repair.
I think the hairdresser I had was very skilled but the consultation was not as good as I would have liked. I think the real problem with this place is that they try to fit too many people in and therefore all the hairdressers seem to be running late.
My advice to them would be take more time on the consultations, book fewer people and try and make areas like the toilets nicer.

The salon it's self was smaller than I thought and felt like I was in the way a bit. But it was very clean and done up nicely.
My conditioning treatment was ok. Wasn't really told what was getting put on my hair nor did I feel like it made any difference, could have been conditioner for all I knew!
My hair cut, I'm very pleased with. She listened to what I wanted and explained everything to me when I had a concern!
Overall I'd go back:)

Emile is very talented, listens to what you want and offers his honest professional opinion on whether something will work for you or not. And SO quick! In and out of the chair in less than 1 hour! The complimentary drinks and popcorn were a lovely touch. I'd definitely come here again.

The salon is very crowded and my chair was broken. However, I was seen very quickly and the young girl who I was booked in with was very friendly. The highlighting was good although slightly stripey and not right to my roots. The cut was very nice and the blow dry very nice. The main thing that spoilt my enjoyment was the manager who kept taking my hairdresser off to tell her off for one thing or another. This was completely unnecessary as she was doing a good job and meant that I ended up being there much longer than necessary.
