There was a 40 min wait which I didn't expect having booked and so busy but everyone was very friendly and I got a good cut

Went to get an ombre done, didn't quite end up as expected (hair wasn't as light as I wanted and I ended up bleaching it again at home) but they were all super friendly and did a hair treatment for me that made my hair feel really soft after the bleaching

The lady who cut my hair was so lovely and really sweet, complimented me (thought I was a celebrity at first!) and was just so kind and efficient. Took a while to blow dry my hair but it was nice that she was precise with the cut and style

The hairdresser was late starting and then the consultation was a bit tricky as it took sometime for us to understand each other. The haircut itself was excellent. the highlights were technically good but because of the problems with the consultation weren't exactly what I was looking for.
In addition, the chair I sat in was broken and the downstairs area where the toilets are is in need of repair.
I think the hairdresser I had was very skilled but the consultation was not as good as I would have liked. I think the real problem with this place is that they try to fit too many people in and therefore all the hairdressers seem to be running late.
My advice to them would be take more time on the consultations, book fewer people and try and make areas like the toilets nicer.

The salon it's self was smaller than I thought and felt like I was in the way a bit. But it was very clean and done up nicely.
My conditioning treatment was ok. Wasn't really told what was getting put on my hair nor did I feel like it made any difference, could have been conditioner for all I knew!
My hair cut, I'm very pleased with. She listened to what I wanted and explained everything to me when I had a concern!
Overall I'd go back:)
