I had half head highlights, cut and blow dry. The highlights came out a different colour to what i wanted, more orange than blond. In addition, when the specialist suggested i had two colours applied, the owner said I had to pay additional £10. I don't understand why since the volume of hair coloured is the same. Be careful. If you can go somewhere else, please do.

I booked a haircoloring package in treatwell and I had a god experience in the salon. My stylist was clever enough to suggest what will be best for my hair. i had to pay extra but it was worth it. He gave me also a free fringe cut which to him no seconds at all to finish.

I was in and out very quickly and although I did only ask for a tiny amount to be taken off I did ask for layers which I think my stylist forgot about. I didn't arrange for a styling blow dry but my hair was still damp when I left. This is the 3rd time I've been to Gusto. I usually feel like it is good value for money but this time I didn't. I would still go back though because previously I've been really happy with the result.
