I thought I finally found a great salon and hair dresser but was super disappointed when I scheduled a hair cut/color and rescheduled to be with a guy i had seen there before (and loved his work) when I called weeks in advance to rebook. When I got there the appointment had not been changed and therefore I was in the hands of several other stylists that were accomodating despite the circumstances but I was there for nearly 4 hours and I'm not super keen on the cut or colour, I may take my business elsewhere as I've noticed they've been extremely booked up the last few times I've gone.

I had a haircut booked when there was a blackout in Soho. The staff were really friendly and helpful, quickly arranging another appointment date to rearrange my haircut. When I went back, the staff looked after me well, giving me a great head massage with the wash and listening to what I wanted done and offering advice for my hair care.

Horrendous. I contacted the salon a few days agowith this complaint but they haven't replied so I am now going to leave this review...extremely unhappy with the service and result. I was kept waiting 20 minutes. The hair dresser cut incredibly short layers into my hair without me asking and I look like I'm straight out of the 90s. Perhaps even worse was the fact that he cut his hand mid way through and carried on despite it bleeding. Conditioning treatment did nothing. Then he rushed my blow dry as his next appointment arrived. I'm not one for writing reviews normally and I have had a good cut from this salon before (different stylist) but I was so annoyed that I had to leave this, especially since they haven't bothered responding to me (gave them a chance to put this eight first and this wasn't taken up). Simply awful.

They were tremendously busy so it was quite a stressful experience but the staff were wonderful.
