Don't let size put you off... this is the best salon I've been too in a long time. I got exactly what I wanted and the staff made me feel so welcome.

Great haircut and customer service from Ezekiel. He was polite, helpful and listened to what I wanted and delivered. He also made up for a bad initial experience upon arriving at the salon with complimentary wine and popcorn! Unfortunately when I arrived at the salon I was treated extremely rudely by the chinese lady on reception, who told me that I would be required to pay an extra charge for my haircut as apparently I had "long" hair. I have never considered my hair particularly long, but apparently anything longer than a bob constitutes long hair. If this had been made clearer during the ordering process on Treatwell, I may have considered getting my hair cut elsewhere, as I was literally looking for a trim of the ends, not a re-style with a hefty price tag. I should add that I have visited Gusto many times over the years and have usually been very happy with the service, so this was a bit of a disappointment - I was prepared to walk out but luckily all was resolved when it came to the haircut itself.

Josepsh was absolutely fantastic with my deep conditioning, haircut and blowdry. It's always a pleasure to see the team and get pampered in the ambience. It's a 5 start experience.

I was the first client to arrive that morning at 10.30am on a Saturday, it's a small salon and the team were just nattering away, all seemed a little chaotic. I booked in for a half head of highlights and a bob cut. My hairdresser Niro recommended I have a balayage instead, which I've had many times before, I appreciated the recommendation (even though I knew it would cost more) - I wanted a subtle colour difference, but the colour put on was no different to my natural colour. Niro agreed we needed to do it again, but due to time constraints the second application was rushed as was the cut. It was only when I got home and restyled my hair myself, I noticed the cut is lopsided and not been cut professionally with care and attention. I'm not overly impressed with the cut.

I've been to many salons In London searching for a permanent hairdresser. The search is over as I have found Miro! From the consultation in which he understood what I wanted and suggested what would suit me to the head massage during conditioning, the haircut and blow drying it was just a great experience. Miro is absolutely an amazing hairdresser! I was so happy with my hair and blow dry. I would definitely recommend Miro at Gusto hair!
