I had a Brazilian blow dry and so far I'm very pleased with the results. Kim was very attentive and friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The salon is small and gets very crowded and noisy, but this cannot be helped. In terms of the service, it was great.

Great haircut and customer service from Ezekiel. He was polite, helpful and listened to what I wanted and delivered. He also made up for a bad initial experience upon arriving at the salon with complimentary wine and popcorn! Unfortunately when I arrived at the salon I was treated extremely rudely by the chinese lady on reception, who told me that I would be required to pay an extra charge for my haircut as apparently I had "long" hair. I have never considered my hair particularly long, but apparently anything longer than a bob constitutes long hair. If this had been made clearer during the ordering process on Treatwell, I may have considered getting my hair cut elsewhere, as I was literally looking for a trim of the ends, not a re-style with a hefty price tag. I should add that I have visited Gusto many times over the years and have usually been very happy with the service, so this was a bit of a disappointment - I was prepared to walk out but luckily all was resolved when it came to the haircut itself.
