The receptionist was brilliant! She was so friendly and lovely, and offered us tea or coffee when we came in. My hairdresser, Amanda, was great too and very patient with me when I could not decide on a hair colour, and offered me alternatives when the colours I wanted did not work out. Unfortunately, I had wanted to get blue hair but they only have natural hair colours. I still got my hair bleached and Amanda recommended some great dye I could buy and bring to the shop/do it myself.

My blow dry was great however i had booked an appointment for 10:30 and as a consequence of the salon opening late etc, my appointment was delayed until 11. I was given a £3 discount but it was a real inconvenience to my day.
I also concerned that no heat protection products were used on my hair. To be fair I didn't ask for it to be used but maybe we should be able to assume it will be used.
The stylists are really great and I was very happy with the blow dry. The reception staff are also friendly and welcolming.
I think I would avoid here if in a rush or concerned about heat damage etc.

Had my hair bleached, toned, cut and blow dried with Becky. Really fun atmosphere, wine and popcorn constantly topped up and I was so pleased with my hair. Already booked in again
