Would never return. i have European texture loose curly hair so still easy to blow dry. The lady that done my hair made it obvious she wasn't use to Blow drying this type of hair she over rough dried it so it was practically dry and then blow dried it on the hottest heat and burnt my scalp on three occasion where I literally had to move my head. I asked her to create waves with the tongs which she done. She told me to wait until I get homes to separate it so basically I left the salon without the salon finish,looking like a poodle with tight curls that were so dry my hair was literally burnt and brittle. Although she was generally friendly her skills were not up to standard. And she was very clumsy and scatty, she dropped the brushes about 6 times and was splashing me when washing my hair. I was given a glass of wine which was nice gesture (because she wanted to go out for a cigarette) however the glass was filthy. The products used were no where to be seen I don't believe this salon uses good established products most salons advertise what they use or have it on shelves around the salon. The area where I was sat had all old hair and dust on the floor and the table had someone's old water bottle. Overall it was just a pretty lowsey experience and I'm never normally fussy or would even leave a negative review.
