Staff were very friendly. I was offered a discount as my stylist was late. Place a little messy and unkept. Wash was haphazard, had water running down my face and started with cold water. The cut itself was lovely, stylist gave recommendations and talked me through the whole process. Popcorn was a nice touch. Overall pretty average, you get what you pay for.

Lovely venue and really friendly staff. Only reason I've given it three stars is the haircut itself was so quick - which is fine if you're just very skilled - but when I went out the next day, a friend told me there were two random big chunks of hair at the back much longer than the rest of my hair. Wouldn't go back for this reason as it wouldn't have been hard to spot and it's just very sloppy :(

The staff couldn't have been lovelier from the receptionist through to my hairdresser. I had a good cut and blow dry. The salon is a little tired and the sinks where you have your hair washed are really uncomfortable. But all in all I would go back.
