I was very happy with the whole experience. The only small snag was the that i had booked for the 12th of April but the e-booking said 19th on it. When I got there, on their records they saw the booking for the 19th and I thought I had made a mistake by booking the wrong date. However it turns out that I had made the correct booking as I later recieved a reminder for the 12th. Clearly it is a booking bug. But Gusto took care of me regardless and I do recommend them.

I came in with a couple different photos and had trouble explaining what I wanted. Blair chatted with me and quickly knew exactly what I wanted. My highlights turned out beautiful and the cut was fantastic. It was a bonus that Blair was such a lovely person as well!

They ran half an hour late and rate long hair as anything longer than below your ears, other than that I got a great cut and loved my hair!

Got my hair done by Emile who was really nice, chatty and gave me the most fab haircut & blowdry! Definitely the most value for money hairdo I've had in awhile. Thanks Emile, I'll definitely be back!
