Overall the ambience of the salon felt disorganised. I used a discount on my cut so can't really complain for the price I paid, but I would not pay full price for the results I got and the experience of the visit.

Gusto is a cute salon that's not the trendiest spot in Soho but definitely one of the friendliest. Kristine offered useful advice about treatments and did a great smooth blowdry.
