This was my third time to have my hair cut at Gusto. The staff are always very nice and the haircuts very good. Unfortunately on this occasion, the woman who was cutting my hair was splitting her time between washing and cutting my hair, and colouring another woman's. This meant that a cut that should have taken about an hour took two hours!! I was constantly left waiting while she worked on the other woman. She only apologised once and didn't say why this was happening. It's not what I would expect from an appointment! Also the main door kept being left open and I was freezing from the draft with cold hair.
I was happy with the cut but they need to either improve their booking system or their customer service.

Staff were friendly and made me feel relaxed. My hair ended up being about 2 inches shorter than I had discussed with the hairdresser, although it was still cut well.
Unfortunately, very unhappy with my visit. Wanted a natural brunette look, which I felt I was clear about, but came out with my hair dyed red despite no one ever having used the word. My hair is quite dark, so not as bad as it could have been, but on white towels, the pink comes out and it's already begun to fade. A pointless visit as I'll have to get it done again properly soon. Such a shame since my hairdresser was very nice and friendly.
Best hair dressers I've been to in London by a long way. Even at their busiest times you aren't left waiting. Joseph cut and blow dried my hair perfectly!
