Becky was fantastic. I came in with a slightly over-feathered haircut from somewhere else and she immediately understood what I wanted / needed. Within 40 mins my hair was done to perfection , including a really good blow-dry. The best lunchtime decision I have made in a while (I was even munching my sandwich in the meantime)!

This was my third time to have my hair cut at Gusto. The staff are always very nice and the haircuts very good. Unfortunately on this occasion, the woman who was cutting my hair was splitting her time between washing and cutting my hair, and colouring another woman's. This meant that a cut that should have taken about an hour took two hours!! I was constantly left waiting while she worked on the other woman. She only apologised once and didn't say why this was happening. It's not what I would expect from an appointment! Also the main door kept being left open and I was freezing from the draft with cold hair. I was happy with the cut but they need to either improve their booking system or their customer service. Thanks

Staff were friendly and made me feel relaxed. My hair ended up being about 2 inches shorter than I had discussed with the hairdresser, although it was still cut well.
