Joseph, the hairdresser, was excellent. He explained everything in detail and did a great Job on my hair (being very thick it took over 3 hours and he was very patient). The result is very good!

Did the Brazilian Blowdry and while it's gotten rid of the frizz, my hair now feels quite stiff & dry. I've done the treatment before with awesome results elsewhere but perhaps not with the Inoar that Gusto uses where you can wash your hair a few hours after treatment. I waited at least a full day to wash it and I just don't feel the wow factor that you usually do with these treatments.
Another thing is that I left the salon with rather sticky hair. While that is kind of expected, it left me feeling quite uncomfortable.

This small hair salon is a great find! Emile gave not only a great cut and blow dry but was also welcoming and entertaining throughout my experience. Also made a great coffee and loved the addition of popcorn.
