Amy was lovely and done an amazing big, bouncy blow dry for me! She managed to do it in my lunch break which is an achievement as I have really long, thick hair. I will be booking Amy again : )
Blow Dry
I was waiting a while to get my hair done after it had been washed as i think they may have over booked. The new helper was a little under trained when it came to her jumper sitting on my face whilst my hair was being washed making i difficult to breath and the general motion she used was very rough. Other than that Joseph cut my hair and he was absolutely wonderful I will definitely request him next time. I'd still come here time and again over other places as the stylists are so good at what they do.
Ladies' Haircuts
I've been here before and had a lovely experience with Miro doing a balayage on my hair and really choosing a wonderful colour for my skin tone that's received many compliments, as well as cutting it perfectly. This time however, maybe because I paid less as it was just a wash cut and blow dry, I think I was given a less senior stylist. I asked for my split ends to be completely cut off, but I still have a huge amount of split ends left. As well as that, although this isn't a huge deal just slightly annoying, how she styled my hair at the end bore very little resemblance to the picture I showed her - I asked for curly and I pretty much walked out with straight hair.

I was very scared not to good to my regular hairdresser, Tania, the hairdresser, was very lovely. I asked her so many questions about what she was exactly doing with my hair but she answered very nicely every time. I have to say i was difficult and she made me smile by the end of the session. She was smiling, did ask me few questions but didn't want to bother me talking for 2h30.
The result is great and I keep on having compliments.
I have already recommended her to all my friends.
