The hairdressers was very busy, baring in mind it was a saturday morning. Sat down and immediately offered a lovely cup of tea. It took a little longer than expected as a trainee was washing my hair, and put the treatment on wrong, so I'm guessing who was the manager had to assist. However, the hairdresser who cut my hair was super friendly, and love the cut! Will definitely be back again.

I went to the salon and I was assigned a hairstylist Ivan, who looked at my hair and said it required restyling and my hair are extra long. He quoted me 53£ extra, also when I told him and the manager I have already paid and can pay 5£ extra which is mentioned on treat well for long hair. After a lot of argument she said 8£ extra is fine and Ivan refused to cut my hair. There was another friendly stylist Laura who did my haircut, she is temporary staff at Gusto but she is very talented. She made sure to make my hair look exactly like I wanted but she is leaving the salon and moving outside UK soon. I will definitely not visit Gusto again because staff is very rude and since laura will be moving no point in going to that rude service salon.
