The lady at the Receptiom was phenomenal, very welcoming and accommodating. The hairdresser Yaani was very friendly and a thorough professional. All in all a great Experience.

I went for a colour + cut + style treatment. Staff were super nice but way too busy. I was very happy with the colour treatment (neat and perfect!!). Unfortunately my haircut was not so good (I asked for layers and length at the back but the lady was too busy to listen). Plus the blowdry was also rubbish - my hair was still wet in the end. Total took nearly hours with at least 1/2 waits between each.
