I had my hair cut by Maria who was great - she really listened to me and was consultative - one of the few haircuts I've had where I actually came out completely happy with the result!

My experience at Gusto was great! Emile was my stylist, I booked a full head of highlights and a haircut. I showed him a couple of photos of the ashy blonde look I was after and he gave me the best highlights and haircut I have had since I've been in London! He is amazing - achieved the colour I was after without damaging my hair and the haircut was perfect. I've decided he is definitely my new hairdresser :) They look after you very well here, offering coffee, wine, popcorn whilst you get pampered. Everyone working there was lovely.

Unfortunately they are not well versed in how to color blonde hair. They burned my scalp with bleach and three weeks later it has still not recovered. The color was not what I asked for.
