I debated with myself whether to get the senior or junior stylist. As it was my first time, I decided to take a risk - and I was pleasantly surprised. My stylist (even though a junior) was excellent, she listened patiently to my hair requests. Took her time, and I'm very happy with the outcome. She asked how I wanted my hair blown, and even though I left it up for her to decide, she made my hair in curls - which is clearly the more time-consuming option. I would definitely go back.

The salon did not look like the photos. The stylist was chatty and friendly but didn't pay much attention to what he was doing and seemed very rushed (it was one of the last opponents of the day). Also I booked hair cut and hydrating treatment... but he didn't put any product on my hair - not even protector spray whilst blow drying .

Emile was wonderful - very friendly and accommodating. My hair turned out darker than expected but I didn't give very clear instructions so I'm not surprised. I usually let the hairdresser take creative control.
Great salon, small and pokey but nothing glamorous, but the treatment and staff were amazing, went above and beyond.
It was quick, efficient and comfortable. Will definitely be returning. Also the price is incredible, makes getting your hair done achievable and accessible. Love Gusto!
