A good quick cut, not exactly what I asked for so that's where my disappointment lies.

Emile looked after my haircut and was friendly and consultative. He talked through different options and gave his opinions on each.
It was refreshing to get a hairdressers opinion on what they think suits as a lot of the time I am never sure!
The hair cut was great - can't fault it at all!! Overall a great service!

Unfortunately I won't be returning. They kept me waiting for 15 minutes. The salon was quite dirty, the staff seemed tired and disinterested - my stylist kept interrupting my blow dry to go over to the lady at the desk and collect cash. The girl washing my hair kept asking me if the water was ok, when the water was ice cold. Her fake nail broke off in my hair while she was washing it. Blow dry was average and my stylist kept talking to his girlfriend the whole way through.
