My appointment was delayed by more than 40 minutes, yet nobody informed me when I arrived, or apologised for the wait. I needed to remind them that I was waiting. However, the hairdresser Georgina was very professional and I got a great haircut!

Great hairdresser. Hair done just as I wanted and the colour was very good. Just bear in mind that if you have highlights and want a toner to keep them fresh its extra to pay. The salon is a little tired and could do with a refit but staff are good at what they do.

The staff are lovely and the place is quirky. No complaints on that part. As for the actual treatment itself though, I washed my hair for the first time today and my hair is still frizzy and curly. It is less curly than normal but significantly frizzy. After a first wash, this isn't what I expected. I have had Brazilian blowdrys elsewhere and have had a much better result.
