Great cut but the colour wore off quickly

I was warmly welcomed by the lovely Christine (despite booking with another member of staff). However, I wasn't disappointed. Christine sat down and took the time to listen to what I wanted and the result was PERFECT! Highlights and a curly blowdry. Christine is super friendly and very good at her job. The complimentary wine is also a bonus. The other staff (I didn't get their names) were also incredibly friendly. The only slight negative is not knowing in advance that toner would cost and additional £15 - it's not a big issue but it'd be nice if that was advertised in advance. I can't wait to return!

My appointment was delayed by more than 40 minutes, yet nobody informed me when I arrived, or apologised for the wait. I needed to remind them that I was waiting. However, the hairdresser Georgina was very professional and I got a great haircut!
