Friendly at first but not very friendly overall. Highlights applied very quickly but would have preferred slower application and much more accuracy. Not exactly the colour I was going for either. Think it really depends which stylist you get here. Wouldn't go back.

I only went in for a trim, but I loved the experience! Emile was lovely, listened to what I wanted, and cut my hair perfectly. Will definitely be going back!
