I often come here for my haircuts during my lunch break. The staff are always really friendly, it's great value for money and the cuts are always great. Recently had a cut with Emile and he did my best cut yet, my hair looks great

Was so disappointed with the results. I booked in to have my hair done before an audition and showed the stylist a picture of exactly what I wanted. Instead of leaving with the bouncy beautiful blow dry I booked in for, I left with flat, tired-looking curls which were done with a hair-straightener. Right before a casting too. Cheers.
Also, I was made to pay extra, even though I followed the length description on the website - I do not have extra long hair.
Some of the other stylists look like they might be better, and certainly more friendly than the one I had.
