This is my second visit to Gusto and it was just absolutely awful. The hairdresser was so distracted - I had one of the worst washes being sprayed with cold water, the hairdresser then scrubbed my face with the towel taking off all my makeup (not an experience I've ever had at a hair salon!) Whilst cutting hair, he has cut more than I requested, which is annoying when you explicitly say not to cut more because you are growing it. My hair was yanked on the brush very painfully as he was looking around at other people. I was charged for a luxury treatment mask that I never had - I only received a shampoo. I paid and got out of there as I just wanted to nightmare to end! Will not visit again and would not recommend!

The haircut was good and the staff are very friendly but there is no salon experience. The blow dry was basic and I wasn't given any choice on how it was styled. It's a functional hairdressers and I didn't walk out feeling glossy and amazing. It depends on your priorities (it's definitely quick) but there are better salons in London at comparable prices.

Only asked what I wanted after they washed my hair, however overall a very good experience and would definitely go again!
