good value for money but not content with my colour. also no customer consideration in really small things that other salons do like offering something to drink - especially if you're there for 4-5 hours. I also had boiling, kettle hot or ice cold water when washing hair that went all over my face and neck, as well as the fact that my colour is slightly orange despite paying for a toner. great if you're strapped for cash but not for a good experience.
