I liked my lob haircut. The deal mentioned 'hair spa' but that was just conditioning done in less than that. Other than that, I liked everything else.

Nice place, I liked my hair and it's clear that the hairdresser knows what she's doing. Just I had to wait quite for a time and the hairdresser was stopping to work now and then to speak with the other two staff members.

I went in to get some split ends removed, and came out with a straight cut!! Not only did they not follow the way my hair was already styled, but they left me sitting at the sink for 10 minutes while they went to eat their lunch - with the door open, so I could see them! I assumed when I left the salon that it was a bad blow wave that was the reason for my hairstyle looking different - it was not till the next day when I washed it out I discovered they had cut my hair wrong! Furious!!
