Staff were friendly, I was offered a drink and magazines. The haircut itself was fine but felt very rushed and there was no time for styling so a lot of product was chucked onto my hair leaving it to feel very greasy.

I liked my lob haircut. The deal mentioned 'hair spa' but that was just conditioning done in less than that. Other than that, I liked everything else.

Nice place, I liked my hair and it's clear that the hairdresser knows what she's doing. Just I had to wait quite for a time and the hairdresser was stopping to work now and then to speak with the other two staff members.
