The overall experience was okay. The hairdresser talked me through the treatment and how I would like to have my hair cut. The treatment is just a basic hair conditioning which was nice but nothing special. The haircut was nice - a bit shorter than what I have hopped for. The blow dry was average so the hairdresser had to use straighteners to fix it - the main reason I would blow dry my hair in a salon is to avoid using straighteners.

A bit of a tight and messy space, bits and pieces broken etc. but staff were lovely and the treatment has worked well. Washed my hair out after about 24 hours and blow dried effortlessly
