Reception staff were absolutely lovely - offered me wine and popcorn! Cameron who attended to me whilst I was waiting was really sweet and made the experience really enjoyable (thank you!), but due to a staff member calling in sick, the team was under pressure to fit in more clients than expected. So while Emile has great feedback on treatwell, but I found him moody and rude. If he hadn't had some many great reviews on treatwell, I wouldn't have gotten my hair cut with him. The haircut was really good, but I would consider going back to him again.

The overall experience was okay. The hairdresser talked me through the treatment and how I would like to have my hair cut. The treatment is just a basic hair conditioning which was nice but nothing special. The haircut was nice - a bit shorter than what I have hopped for. The blow dry was average so the hairdresser had to use straighteners to fix it - the main reason I would blow dry my hair in a salon is to avoid using straighteners.

Very friendly staff, nice welcoming place. I could book 2 days in advance which us also a big plus! Overall a very positive experience.
