I had a lovely hairdresser, the hair cut was very standard. Overall experience was ok, there was no wow factor. They should consider hiring a new receptionist, the current on is unfriendly. I got charged more than expected with no explanation.
I have been to Gusto several times now and have always been happy. This time I had a poor experience. They were initially running 20+ mins late and then when the hairdresser finally saw me everything was rushed. He didn’t do the conditioning treatment and he spent no more that 20 minutes doing the wash, cut and blow dry. In all honesty I don’t know if I will return
